Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our clay products, our refund policy is as follows
1. Damaged Products
- If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged item must be provided.
2. Eligible Refunds
- Refunds or replacements are applicable only for
- Products damaged during delivery
- Incorrect items sent
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Minor color or size variations
- Damage caused after delivery
- Improper usage or handling
4. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
